 REFUND POLICY

All refunds are at the complete and total discretion of Mary-Louisa. Refunds will be applicable to any products and courses for 14 days after the point of purchase. If you feel that your purchased course, session or program was not to your satisfaction or did not meet the expectation set, please contact Mary-Louisa directly here within 14 days of purchase in order to request a refund.

Within courses, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase. If the course has started, then the value prescribed to the time the client has been participating will be deducted from the refund.
